Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is the fastest growing watersport in the world.  All you need is a body of water  - ocean, lake, river, harobur or fiord.  Standing and paddling gives you the feeling of gliding and walking on water while a great workout at the same time.  Boards are alot wider than normal surfboards which gives the paddler stability and comfort and the freedom to admire the beautiful scenery and underwater views. Give it a go - never too young and never too old.
