REAP House and adjoining Early Childhood House provide a comprehensive conference, lecture and meeting facility with  8 rooms to suit groups from 5 to 100 plus.  All rooms have white boards, tables and chairs.  Most rooms have their own tea making facilities and the complex has three full kitchens. Catering can be arranged to suit. OHPs, TV-videos, slide and data projectors are available on request at no additional cost.  Free phone for local calls.

An elevator makes the entire complex wheelchair accessible.  All or part facility available days, evenings and weekends.

A conference or meeting room with an outdoor entertaining area that is able to seat 25 theatre style or 14 boardroom style.  A smaller meeting room is available that is suitable for displays or meetings of up to 6 people.  Catering arranged.  AV facilities and equipment can be provided.

White Island Rendezvous offers a spacious apartment suitable for up to 10 delegates.  The facility is suitable for day presentations or seminars.  PeeJays Coffee House is on-site and can provide delegates with real Havana coffee and scrumptious snacks or lunches.   A projector, projector screen and speaker is available for hire. This community facility is ideal for a variety of functions and events. The Reception Lounge caters for up to 300 people and includes full kitchen facilities and two bar areas. The Whakatane Little Theatre has tiered seating for 271 people, a large stage with some sound and lighting equipment and a rehearsal room. The Sports Stadium can hold up to 1000 people. Seating is available, along with a temporary stage and some tables.

Situated between the shores of safe swimming Ohope Beach and Ohiwa Harbour.

A very scenic and tranquil club house, situated on a wildlife sanctuary on the Ohope Spit just 14 km from downtown Whakatane. Full bar and catering facilities are available. Ideal for meetings for up to 70 – 80 people.

Ohope Chartered Club and Restaurant is situated on Bluett Road in central Ohope. The upstairs restaurant has panoramic views of the ocean including White Island and can be used as a day-time meeting venue for up to 40 people.  There is also a downstairs meeting room suitable for 20 - 30 people.  The main downstairs bar has snooker and 8-ball tables plus gaming machines and TAB. A taxi is available on 0800 005 008. Visitors welcome.

The Ohope Hall is a stadium that holds up to 550 people and is ideal for concerts and sports events. Seating is available, but tables are not provided.

The Awakeri Events Centre has a full range of facilities for hire including lounge, kitchen, bar and gymnasium.

The lounge is fully furnished and will seat 168 people. It has a large deck area and outlook onto Awakeri Park. It's ideal for functions or meetings and a full range of AV equipment is available. The kitchen is a fully commercial facility with an in-house caterer. Menus can be designed to suit your function and quotes are available on request. The bar is fully licensed and stocked and staff can be provided at no extra cost. The gymnasium has a capacity of 680. It has top quality acoustics with staging available if required. Off road car parking with access for 100 vehicles is available.

The Edgecumbe Hall includes a reception lounge with room for 250 standing or 120 seated. Kitchen facilities, seats and tables are provided. The sports stadium can hold up to 500 people and a portable stage is available.
