Annual Seniors' Morning Tea

Whakatāne District seniors are encouraged to circle Tuesday, 2 December in their calendar for the annual festive morning tea.

Hosted jointly by Whakatāne District Council and Community Boards, the event is an opportunity to acknowledge the contribution the older generation has made to our communities.

This year's morning tea will be held in the Reception Lounge at the Whakatāne War Memorial Hall on Tuesday, 2 December, starting at 9.30am. Guests can look forward to being served hot beverages and delicious food by Mayor Nándor Tánczos, Councillors and Community Board representatives, while enjoying local entertainment.
