Trust Horizon Light Up, Whakatāne - Opening Night and Parade

Get ready for an epic launch night as Trust Horizon Light Up Whakatāne 2025 kicks off with a huge community celebration! This year, we’re combining the Light Parade, an electrifying Dance Carnival, and our Opening Ceremony into one magical night in the heart of town.

What to Expect:

● 💃 A high-energy Dance Carnival with local performers lighting up the stage with movement and music between 4:30 to 6:30pm

● 🌈 A dazzling Light Parade featuring creative costumes, and vibrant community groups departing at 6:30pm

● 🎶 Live music and street performers creating an atmosphere full of fun and celebration from 7-9pm

● 🍔 Tasty treats from kai stalls and food trucks all night long

● 💡 The official switch-on of our stunning light installations and digital displays
