This annual event is a staple of the Bay of Plenty food scene, join us from 16 April to 3 May 2026.

Returning for 2026 and Pushing the Palate. Get ready for a bold, boundary-breaking celebration of flavour, running from Thursday 16 April to Sunday 3 May across the Coastal Bay of Plenty.

Next year’s theme is all about fearless creativity, unapologetic innovation, and food experiences that challenge expectations while staying true to our regional story. Think surprising formats, inventive use of local ingredients, and bold new ways to celebrate the Bay’s unique food identity.
