Mātaatua Kapa Haka Regionals 2026 serves as the qualifying competition for Kapa Haka rōpū from across the Mātaatua rohe to then compete at Te Matatini, the national kapa haka competition.

Come and enjoy delicious kai, awesome merchandise, and a range of stalls. The Mātaatua Kapa Haka Regionals will be hosted by Te Whānau ā Apanui and held at Te Kāeaea o Taiwhakaea.
