Green Door is an oasis for two.
A fully functioning apartment with separate lounge (and smart tv), dining room and kitchen, all flow from one to the other for easy living.
There is WIFI throughout the apartment.
The master bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed (voted as the best bed in NZ by some guests).
The bathroom facilities have been refurbished to a high standard. And there is a small laundry facility.
Through the garden gate there is access to the Whakatane lagoon with its myriad of bird life, and the walkway which connects Hinemoa Street to Awatapu Drive.
Outdoor barista table and chairs are available for outdoor coffee or aperitifs.
And there is curbside parking in front of the property.

10 minutes from Whakatane Airport, 12 minutes to Ohope Beach and 8 minutes to The Strand, Whakatane's main shopping area.
Local to supermarkets, The Hub and bars and restaurants.

It has a queen size bed & a pull out sofa available.
The kitchen has a full oven, large fridge & a big pantry.
There is a washing machine & small laundry.
The bathroom & toilet have been recently replaced & all flooring is new throughout the apartment.
The lounge, dining room & kitchen flow from one to the other but are separate spaces.
There is curbside parking available.

The apartment is attached to our family home. However, guests have complete privacy.
They also have access to the lagoon walkway through our garden gate (this runs from Awatapu Drive to Hinemoa Street).
