The Whakaari/White Island Experience room provides a stunning up-close and informative experience of this geothermal wonder.

Located at the Whakatāne isite Visitor Information Centre the room features an amazing, steam-emitting scale model; a superb documentary video; and a series of interpretation panels explaining the fascinating geology, history and cultural significance of the island.

Not as well known as the other courses in our District, the Te Teko golf course provides a relaxing atmosphere ideal for the casual golfer and groups.
