Ōhope Sea Sauna

Welcome to Ōhope Sea Sauna — a mobile wood-fired sauna experience by the sea. Offered in 2 locations - Ōhope & Whakatāne.

Each 1-hour session includes access to our wood-fired sauna with stunning views of the ocean. Sessions are a cycle of 15 minutes in the sauna, followed by 5 minutes cooling off. Cool off with a dip in the ocean, a cold outdoor shower, or an cold plunge — your choice!
