Sunshine - Kelly Spencer

Kelly's beautiful mural is located on the wall next to Trust Horizon, at the corner of Richardson and Boon Street, Whakatāne. 

Kelly's mural was delivered by Arts Whakatāne with Community Board funding, as part of the 2024 Summer Arts Programme.
