Mana Wahine, Mana Whanau

"Mana Wahine, Mana Whanau" speaks to the connection between the empowerment and wellbeing of our women and thus, our families.

The mural was created by Rangatahi of Matata alongside Whakatane-born artist Arohanoa Mathews (Arohanoa Artistry).

Located just off the main road in Matata on the side of the Matata Volunteer Fire Brigade's station, stop in on your way through.
