Now in its third year, the 2026 festival offers an elevated coastal experience with more interactive elements, an expanded lineup of food and oyster vendors from across Aotearoa, chef demonstrations, live music, competitions, and premium seafood served throughout the day. Join us at Port Ōhope Wharf for a showcase of local flavour, culture, and the start of a new oyster season.
